Sabrina Knappett

Sabrina is an actor and writer from Mississauga, Ontario. Growing up, Sabrina wanted to be a cop, then a lawyer, and eventually realized she would rather play a cop and a lawyer on TV. After graduating with an honours degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto, Sabrina began taking acting classes at The Second City, EVN, MAP and RAW Actor’s studio.  

Working her way up from student films, Sabrina has been cast in over 90 independent shorts and features. Excelling in everything from drama to comedy to horror, Sabrina can be seen fighting to survive a vampire apocalypse in her upcoming films A Walk in the Dark, showing off her southern charm as a feisty waitress in the romantic drama Bittersweet, and trying to steal her soul back from a group of demons in the award-winning horror-comedy Soul Heist. 

Sabrina has received numerous awards and nominations for acting and writing in both Canadian and international film festivals. With a strong passion for storytelling, Sabrina strives to contribute to the extraordinary work produced in the Canadian film industry. 

In addition to her cinematic awards, Sabrina continues to boast about her ‘Most Volleyball Volleys in a Row’ award from her middle school gym class competition.
