Nam Huynh is a Vietnamese-Canadian actor and voice over artist based in Toronto, known for his detailed character work and grounded performances. A graduate of Toronto Film School, he is trained in camera acting, live theatre, and voiceover. Notable credits include The Dead (as Mr. Grace) and various student films like Sete and The Blink of an Eye (self produced).
Since graduating, Nam has continued to refine his craft, studying voice under Kim Hurdon (KH Casting) and Craig Lee Thomas from (RealVoiceLA). With a self-built professional recording booth, he voiced Juurou in the indie game Tama’s Challenge and narrated multiple episodes of an online documentary series. As a self-taught audio engineer he handles his own dialogue and sound design.
Nam is currently expanding his creative toolkit with Japanese language studies, ongoing vocal training, and continued acting work. He has studied singing at Singer’s Edge under James Numbre, focusing on jazz-influenced technique and control over his rich baritone voice. His favorite roles are characters with strong emotional arcs, moral conflicts and grit.
