Colette Hou

Colette Hou is a young Canadian-American performer based in Toronto with a passion for musical theatre, acting, singing, and dance. She brings a unique international perspective to her performances, having trained and performed in Canada, Singapore, and Taiwan. Colette loves bringing characters to life through storytelling, movement, and music, and she shines on stage with her enthusiasm, confidence, and genuine love of performing. 

Her performance experience includes Sal and Alien Hal in The Cosmikids with Bravo Academy, ensemble roles in Milly & the Mystery of Hogwarts with All That Jazz Dance Academy in Singapore, and performances at the DUCON Gala in 2024 and 2025. 

A versatile dancer, Colette has trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, and contemporary. Her competition achievements include 12&U Junior Overall Runner-Up at the 2026 Breaking Bounds Competition, 8&U Standout Dancer at 2025 Get the Beat Singapore, Top 10 Soloist at the 2024 Get the Beat World Finals in Sydney, and 6&U Champion in Song & Dance at Evolution Dance Competition Singapore. 

Colette continues to develop her craft through musical theatre, voice, and dance training with Bravo Academy, International Musical Taipei, the National Ballet of Canada, Broadway Artists Alliance NYC (upcoming), and Joffrey Ballet School Summer Intensive (upcoming). She is fluent in English, proficient in Chinese and French, and enjoys tennis, badminton, and being a self-proclaimed slime expert.
