Kian Hern

Kian Hern is a Toronto-based dancer, choreographer, and multidisciplinary performer whose dynamic artistry spans live performance, film, television, and digital media. A graduate of York University’s BA Dance program, where he specialized in choreography, Kian has developed a versatile movement practice grounded in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, street styles, and breaking. 

Kian has performed as a member of the Toronto Raptors’ Northside Crew across the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 seasons, appearing on major stages alongside artists including A$AP Rocky, Kardinal Offishall, Onyx, Simone Denny, and Lu Kala. His live performance credits also include the 2026 FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremony in Toronto. 

As a choreographer and creative collaborator, Kian has contributed to projects including The Saidat Show Live and the music video “Hollon,” a collaboration with Destiny Smith. His screen credits include TVOKids, The Saidat Show, and music and concept videos for artists including Kage E, Alexander Panetta, and Shawn Desman featuring Jamie Fine. 

Combining technical versatility, performance experience, and a strong choreographic perspective, Kian continues to establish himself as a compelling and adaptable artist in the Canadian dance and entertainment industry.
