Ashley Coulson is a Toronto-based professional dancer, actress, choreographer, and educator with an established career spanning television, film, stage, and live performance. Known for her versatility and emotionally grounded approach to movement, Ashley has built a dynamic career working across Canada, the United States, Asia, and Europe. 

Her work has brought her into rooms with some of the industry’s most respected choreographers, directors, and artists, including Ryan Heffington, Mia Michaels, Jamal Sims, Emilio Dosal, Atom Egoyan, Tiler Peck, Louise Hradsky, Jeffrey Mortensen, Amanda May Wilson, Amy Wright, Evelyn Hart, Josh Lamb, and Tiffany McLachlan.

Ashley’s performance career includes features for major production companies including Disney, Universal Studios, for Netflix, Paramount+, Sony Pictures Television, Crave, Hulu, Family Channel, and Rhombus Media. Her credits include a principal role as Gwen in Tiny Pretty Things, multiple appearances in Star Trek: Strange New WorldsCruel IntentionsMotorheadsSeven Veils, Disney’s Descendants, and The Testaments, among others. She has also worked  alongside acclaimed recording artists including Jessie Reyez, Deborah Cox, Francesco Yates, Ria Mae, and Blake McGrath. Her experience seamlessly bridges large-scale commercial productions, concert work, and intimate contemporary performances.

Alongside her performance career, Ashley is a sought-after educator and choreographer, teaching and creating across Canada and internationally. Drawing from extensive professional experience and continued training, she is passionate about developing intentional artists with the technical foundation and adaptability required for industry longevity.

Ashley continues to build a multifaceted career across film, television, live performance, choreography, and education.
