Addy Chan

Addy Chan (she/her) is a creative powerhouse who transforms ideas into reality using movement, music, and media. She has carved out an eclectic career working extensively in TV, film, and live stage as an accomplished choreographer, producer, and creative director. Having choreographed commercials for brands like Reebok, Pioneer, Dove, and BAPE, she is more notably known for her work as the series choreographer for Nickelodeon’s hit TV show “Make it Pop”, Netflix biopic “Full Out”, and music videos for artists such as Kelly Clarkson, The Weeknd, PVRIS, and virtual supergroup K/DA. Addy loves to innovate by blending art and science; she is seasoned at working within motion capture and utilizing the most advanced AR and XR technology. Entrenched in the world of Esports, Addy choreographed the 2019, 2020 and 2021 League of Legends World Finals and continues to work with renowned video game developer Riot Games. For all her commercial success, Addy is truly a theatre kid at heart. She is the Associate Choreographer for the Grammy nominated musical The Prince of Egypt which opened February 2020 in London’s West End. Breaking down scripts, developing characters, and the collaboration behind designing a production are her favorite parts of the job. She honed these skills as a member of the original creative team for the musical, working alongside esteemed screenwriter Philip Lazebnik (Mulan, Pocahontas) and legendary composer Stephen Schwartz (WICKED, Pippin). Addy’s deep knowledge of music and passion for mentorship shines through her work as a movement director for artists such as Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, DUCKWRTH, Becky G, and Keke Palmer. She is currently the movement director and choreographer for Chinese popstar, Lexie Liu.

Addy’s expansive career on-set as a dancer and choreographer coupled with her interest in all layers of production made for a natural transition into casting and producing. She is the owner of Addy Chan Casting, booking dancers and specialty talent for companies such as Disney, Ministry of Sound, Samsung, L’Oréal and singers Jackson Wang, Feist, and Billie Eilish. Addy is a producer for acclaimed dance and media company Kinjaz, and leads commercial productions for clients such as Peacock, Cinemaxm and Paramount Pictures as well as world class live stage shows for Nike and Coachella. Bringing together her love of dance and film, Addy produced her first film “Full Out 2: You Got This” which released January 2021 worldwide on Netflix.
