Arshiya Tariq

Arshiya Tariq is a Canadian and American actor with a strong on-screen presence and a passion for complex storytelling. She is drawn to roles that explore power, intensity, and psychological depth. 

She has built a growing body of work across independent film, television, and commercial projects, with multiple principal roles in projects including Check, Please, Is That Gum?, Happy People, and It Lurks At Night. Her experience spans both film and theatre, including stage work in The Sun King, demonstrating her ability to move fluidly between mediums.  

Arshiya has trained in on-camera acting at Armstrong Acting Studios under industry professionals, as well as completing acting and improv training at Second City Toronto. Her training has strengthened her natural instincts and sharpened her ability to deliver grounded, compelling performances. 

With a background in personal training and a strong passion for fitness, Arshiya brings physical discipline and strength into her performances. She also works as a model, further expanding her presence across visual storytelling platforms. Actively pursuing new opportunities in film and television, Arshiya continues to develop her craft and showcase her dynamic range as a performer.
