Caitlyn is a multi-talented performer and wellness advocate with a lifelong commitment to creative expression and holistic healing through movement. Born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area, Caitlyn began her journey in performing arts at an early age. She was quickly immersed into the world of dance under the mentorship of her aunt, who owned a highly reputable and competitive dance studio. By the young age of four, she was already performing as a soloist on stage- a space that felt like home and where her natural affinity for dance became undeniable.

Trained in a wide array of disciplines including ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, hip-hop, tap, partnering and acrobatics, Caitlyn honed her craft at an elite level, learning from some of the industry’s most renowned teachers and choreographers. Her dedication led her to travel, train, and compete internationally, where she garnered numerous awards and titles as a competitive dancer.

After transitioning seamlessly from the competitive circuit to the professional dance world, Caitlyn quickly made her mark. As a principal dancer with Princess Cruise Lines, she was able to also begin exploring her love for acting and singing, further broadening her creative scope. She later joined the Raptors Dance Pak, refining her hip-hop and jazz funk skills. Her professional career has been further distinguished through a wide range of work in theatre, film, music videos, commercials, and fashion- all while signed with DaCosta Talent. Most recently, Caitlyn took on the unique role of executive producer and head choreographer for the Apple TV documentary, Hi, My Name is Dicky, an impactful story surrounding the mental health journey of NHL athlete Rich Clune.

Beyond the stage, Caitlyn is a certified Pilates Barre instructor, incorporating her classical ballet training into her movement programming. A passionate advocate for health, wellness, and self-healing, she is also a certified energy practitioner, believing that movement has the power to heal both the body and the soul. After taking a pause to focus on raising her four beautiful children, Caitlyn has returned to the industry more inspired than ever, with a continued passion for creativity, movement, and storytelling. Her journey reflects a lifelong dedication to the arts, constantly evolving and pushing boundaries, both for herself and her audiences.
