Dayton Paradis
Non Union
Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Dayton Paradis (he/him) fell in love with the performing industry very early on. At the age of 8, Dayton was introduced to the dance styles hip hop, jazz, contemporary, and ballet, and his desire to learn grew rapidly. With the support of his home studio, Kristy’s Dance Fusion, Dayton believed that he had the potential to be a professional dancer. After moving his family to Edmonton, Alberta, Dayton danced with The Kore Dance Studio, Eye Candy Company, and Cool Giraffes to help further his dance development and was provided with training and opportunities that elevated his passion beyond what he had deemed possible. Now, a fresh face in the Vancouver community, Dayton is ready to immerse himself in the entertainment industry and fulfill his dreams of becoming a professional dancer and performer.
Growing up in the competitive world of dance, the concept of hard work and dedication is far from foreign to Dayton. Achieving many standout awards for his showmanship and vulnerability when performing, he prides himself on his stage and camera presence, exuding a confidence that naturally draws people in. Some of his current career highlights consist of multiple regional title winnings, as well as competing on NBC’s World Of Dance, and Canada’s Got Talent. His early mentorship with Alexander Chung has led him to consistently seek out challenging and inspiring training environments. He is a current member of Northside, directed by Adrian Vendiola and Kelvin Tu, and continues to experience a high-caliber of extensive training from a variety of faculty at Studio North Vancouver.
Since the beginning, Dayton has always been dedicated and driven to go great lengths in order to achieve his goals. Through his desire for greatness in all aspects of life, Dayton believes that if you put your mind to something, you can always achieve it, as long as you’re willing to put in the work to do so. He is beyond appreciative of each and every person who has contributed to his expansive repertoire of movement, as well as everyone that has helped shape him into the person he is today.
