Diana Isabel Acevedo

Diana is a Colombian actress based in Toronto known for her work in both television and film. She first gained recognition for her role as Adriana in the hit telenovela Sin Senos Sí Hay Paraíso (2016), part of the popular Sin Senos No Hay Paraíso franchise with FOX Telecolombia. She later starred as Derís Díaz in La Mamá del 10 (2018), and appeared in Operación Pacífico (Crystal) for Telemundo, continuing to build a strong presence on screen. 

Her film work includes Esa Noche, an international project co-produced by teams from Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia. In 2020, Diana proudly represented Colombia in the country’s official documentary showcased at EXPO Dubai, bringing Colombian storytelling to a global stage. 

Alongside her on-screen experience, Diana has trained with several respected acting institutions. She participated in a virtual Method Acting workshop at HB Studio (2020), focusing on the Uta Hagen technique. In 2019, she completed a workshop in Acting for Film at Fagua in Bogotá, centered on script analysis, emotional containment, and activation. That same year, she also trained in Stella Adler’s method through a workshop with Modern Method Acting Colombia, led by Boyan Ivic. 

Beyond acting, Diana is passionate about environmental issues. She hosted Conexión Awake, a show centered on environmental awareness, and serves as an ambassador for WWF Colombia, using her platform to amplify messages of conservation and sustainability. 

Now, with her academic background in Broadcasting Television and Film, Diana is beginning to explore research and development in environmental documentary storytelling, combining her creative experience with her commitment to social and ecological impact.
