Harry Halpin

Non-Union

Harry Halpin is a dancer, actor, choreographer, and musician whose work is rooted in passion, fun, and authenticity.

From a young age, Harry felt deeply connected to the arts—but dance has always been at the heart of it all. What began as freestyling in the living room soon turned into formal training at The Studio Dance School in Rothesay, New Brunswick. After high school, he continued honing his craft at the CLI Conservatory, training with some of the industry’s leading choreographers.

Trained in jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, and jazz funk, Harry brings both technical precision and raw vulnerability to every piece. Whether choreographing an original work or performing onstage, his approach is guided by a belief that movement can express what words cannot.

Harry has been a part of many different productions, including the lead role in Candace Brown’s “The Boy Is Mine” video, Martha Nichols’ “Surf Rider,” and leads in musical theatre including “The Beast” in Beauty and the Beast and Michael Hobbs in Saint John Theatre Company’s production of Elf the Musical. Harry has written and produced his own songs which can be found on all streaming platforms; his favorite track is titled “Tragedy.”

Outside of dance, Harry draws creative energy from music, film, video editing, and acrobatics—always exploring new ways to stay curious and inspired.

Through everything he does, Harry hopes to encourage others to pursue what lights them up. Life is precious, and he believes it’s meant to be filled with the things you love.
