Ignacio Reyes

Ignacio Reyes (He/Him) is a Venezuelan-born singer, actor and musician. Starting as a musician, music producer and singer-songwriter, Ignacio began performing and developing his love for the stage in high school. This passion for music and storytelling led him to discover a love for theatre and acting.  

Currently a student at Western University’s Don Wright Faculty of Music, Ignacio is actively training under voice teacher Bethany Horst and acting coach/director, Corey Agnew. Actively engaged with the country’s leading training programs, Ignacio has developed his skills through Drayton Entertainment’s Triple Threat Intensive and The Singer’s Theatre. He has also had the privilege of working in a rehearsal setting with Broadway Music Director John Yun during his residency at Western University.  

Most recently, Ignacio starred as Tobias Ragg in Opera at Western’s Sweeney Todd, working under the direction of Jennifer Tarver and music director/conductor Simone Luti. Throughout this unforgettable experience, he has grown as an artist, person and aspiring professional.  

He is excited and grateful to get to build his career with daCosta Talent, where he will continue to work towards his dreams.
