Alyssa Trask

I’m an elite dancer with a strong work ethic and versatile talent in hip hop, jazz funk, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. I’ve received numerous scholarships, titles, and awards, and you may have seen me in film & TV on The Next Step and The Stanley Dynamic, and starred as Carly on Backstage on Family Channel, Netflix, and Disney World. I have also been seen in World of Dance, IIFA, TSO, the National Ballet of Canada’s Nutcracker, and the Toronto Raptors Mini Dancepak to name a few. I train hard and perform from the heart, bringing focus and conviction to both dance, acting and content creation.
I also completed my master’s in Physiology to leverage my knowledge in health and fitness to ultimately empower others to lead a healthy lifestyle.
