Kimberly Koumbiadis

Kimberly isn’t quite sure when her passion for preforming began, but she knows that that passion has been burning since she was a young child. Performing started out as simply putting on mini concerts for her family while pretending she was an iconic pop diva, replicating the voices from her favourite animes, 90s cartoons, and classic Disney villains, or retelling jokes such as Robin William’s golf joke from SNL, accent and all. She later discovered that there was a whole other world to performance when she saw her first ever musical in Toronto. 

Though her performances began as imitations, she quickly learned how to bring her own flair to everything she does. Kimberly loves being able to put on a random voice at the most random times in order to make people laugh, or even just to calm her own nerves in stressful time. Reaching out to a voice coach has allowed her to hone the craft of animated voices into something that she can be proud of! 

Through community theatre, she has been able to rekindle her love of acting and singing, and even discovered that she can actually dance! She has been seen in several community productions such as Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, The Wedding Singer, Footloose, The Hunchback of Notre Dame just to name a few. With versatility ranging from a juicy chest belt to a high soprano vibrato, Kimberly likes to showcase her vocal agility in concerts, and showcases. 

Kimberly loves to learn and try new things. She works hard every day to grow and improve, both as an artist and as a human. She truly hopes that her passions can help put a smile to people’s faces. She lives each day by her mantra that Life’s a musical, so SING!
