Laura Tremblay is a Métis actor, singer, songwriter, writer, director and producer. She has an array of acting roles to her credit, including Fugue (Prime Video), Drowning (Prime Video), The Expanse (Syfy/Space Channel), Ben-Hur (2016; Paramount Pictures), The Price of Fitting In (MarVista Entertainment), Jukebox Hero (Annerin/Mirvish), Legally Blonde The Musical (Stage West Theatre), Evil Dead:The Musical (Starvox Entertainment) and many more.
Tremblay founded production company Lucky Dime Films in 2016 and has produced numerous film and television projects including: A Dinner Party (CBC Gem, CBC Canadian Reflections selection), Nosocomephilia (CBC Gem), Motherly (Shudder), Home Free (Super Channel) and many more. She is currently showrunning, directing and narrating her second season of Small Town Sins, a true crime documentary series with Bell Media.
Tremblay is a graduate from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and was incredibly influenced by her arts based elementary and high school programs. Laura has been passionately participating as an actor for stage and screen since she was 4 years old.
Tremblay prides herself on being a strong voice for Canadian women both in front of and behind the camera and curtain.
