Yaebin Seok

Yaebin Seok is a Korean Canadian dancer, performer, teacher, and choreographer based in Vancouver, BC. She discovered her love for dance at just eight years old, and that passion has only grown stronger over time. Starting with tap, Yae eventually expanded her training to include ballet, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary—becoming a versatile and competitive dancer.

After graduating, she left the small town she grew up in to pursue new opportunities in the city, where she found her dance home at Harbour Dance Centre. Since moving to Vancouver, Yae has performed and collaborated with numerous companies across the city, including Weekend Warriors, KTL, Culturally Defined, Overryde, Quill, and Untitled. Whether on stage or in the studio, Yae brings a magnetic stage presence and undeniable energy to every

performance.

Known for her bright personality and infectious spirit, Yae creates a welcoming and inspiring environment wherever she goes. As her dance journey continued, the global rise of K-pop and Korean culture inspired her to reconnect deeply with her roots. This led her to begin teaching K-pop and other styles to dancers of all ages, blending her cultural pride with her creative passion.

Most recently, Yae spent seven months training in Korea to further elevate her skills and artistry—and during that time, she also had the incredible opportunity to teach in Japan, expanding her reach and connecting with dancers internationally.
