Tori Chun

Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Tori Chun is a dedicated and dynamic Korean-Canadian dancer praised for her kindness, strong work ethic and technique.

Tori frequently travels across North America to compete at Dance One Conventions where she most notably earned the title of Top 10 Teen Best Dancer at The Dance Awards Nationals in Las Vegas. Winning tour scholarships across all Dance One events – Radix, Nuvo, Jump and 24Seven – has provided many opportunities for Tori to be trained by the industry’s most sought-after choreographers. Tori’s ability to pick up and execute fast-paced choreography and stand out in a room is one of her greatest strengths.

Closer to home, Tori is honoured to be a two-time BC Provincial Champion. One of her favourite parts of competitive dance is the lifelong friendships she’s built with her teammates and the many talented dancers she has met across BC.

Tori trains at Pulse Dance Centre in all genres of dance including, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Modern, Acro, and Tap. She is deeply grateful for the support and guidance of her dedicated teachers.

Outside of dance, Tori loves to bake, eat ice cream, snowboard, play board games with friends and spend time with her family.
