Ilse (eel-SEH) Zacharias Rivera (she/her) is a Chicago-based bilingual Mexican
American Canadian actress, comedian, and writer.
Selected as a Chicago Dramatists M.E.H. Scholar and featured stand-up comic at the Chicago Latina Comedy Festival, her credits range from Steppenwolf Theatre to The Laugh Factory. Television appearances include The Exorcist (FOX) and Chicago PD (NBC).
A graduate of the Chicago Conservatory of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, Ilse has honed her craft through studies at Second City and The Lincoln Lodge, as well as classes with Casting Directors across the US and Canada.
Outside of her artistic pursuits, Ilse enjoys boxing, swimming, and soaking up the sunshine.
