Ethan Keyes

Ethan Keyes is a mixed heritage (Irish/Ojibway/Welsh/Cree) artist and earthworker born and raised in the London area. He is the oldest of five siblings and has resided in Toronto for six years.

Trained in acting but has found new pursuits in restoring the land, he is fully embracing the two-eyed seeing approach. Both in the work he does, but also within his own body, two-eyed seeing is key for Ethan to keep growing for himself, his family, and his communities.

As an artist, Ethan is drawn to stories from the land, but also pedagogy from the land and how they can inform the artistic process both as a writer and as a collaborator in the room.
