Julien Naud is a Canadian actor, dancer, choreographer, and movement artist originally from Fort McMurray, Alberta. Beginning his training at just four years old in both martial arts and dance, Julien developed into a highly versatile performer known for combining athleticism, musicality, precision, and dynamic physical storytelling. His background across multiple dance disciplines, paired with years of martial arts training, has shaped a distinctive movement style grounded in both power and control.
After relocating to Vancouver, Julien quickly established himself within the city’s professional dance and film communities, training at top studios and working alongside internationally recognized choreographers on major productions across film and television. His movement credits include Descendants 2 & 3, Freaky Friday, Julie and the Phantoms, Riverdale, Motherland: Fort Salem, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, Peacemaker, Wild Cards, and Descendants: Wicked Wonderland. He also served as Assistant Choreographer on Malcolm in the Middle alongside acclaimed actor Bryan Cranston, further expanding his experience within performance-driven storytelling, choreography, and production.
Julien’s transition into acting emerged naturally through his on-camera work, leading to a recurring role as Arthur in Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies. Since then, he has continued building his presence as an actor with credits including So Help Me Todd, Honor Society, and multiple independent productions. Alongside screen work, Julien remains deeply connected to the live performance world as a choreographer and creative collaborator, directing and creating works for showcases and stage productions throughout Vancouver.
Driven by physical expression, cinematic storytelling, and artistic evolution, Julien continues to develop work that bridges the worlds of movement and performance while bringing a grounded, instinctive energy to every project.
