Will Parry

Will Parry (they/he) is a Barrie-born Actor, Singer, and Award-Winning Content Creator currently based in Toronto. Throughout Will’s career, they have worked in multiple facets of theatre including performing (musical theatre, theatre-for-young-audiences, cabaret, puppetry, etc.), social media marketing, writing, producing, educating, hosting, and much more!

As a performer, Will has worked with a variety of theatre companies including Koerner Hall, Drayton Entertainment, Smile Theatre, Capitol Theatre Port Hope, Roseneath, Carousel Players, and Starvox Entertainment. They also recently performed in two self-written and produced solo shows at the 2026 Toronto Fringe Festival: his site-specific show Will & The Amazingly Obsessive Theatrical Vinyl Collection won the 2026 Spirit of the Fringe Award, and The Everlasting Friendship of Billy and Bink was picked up from KidsFest and will be touring with Roseneath as a part of their 2026-27 season. In addition to traditional theatre performance, Will is a cabaret artist who has performed with Theatre Gargantua, Icarus Theatre, Freely Shows, Bubble Productions, and self-produced a virtual cabaret during the pandemic, Here I Am: A Cabaret. Will received formal education in Music Theatre Performance from St Lawrence College and Puppetry from Puppetmongers.

Will believes strongly in the power social media has in welcoming new audiences to the theatre. They have worked professionally as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator since 2021 specializing in theatre-focused marketing. Some of their Management clients both past and present include Koerner Hall, SummerWorks, CBC Kids’ Ukulele U, Smile Theatre, Next Generation Showcase, The Vault Creation Lab, Canadian Guild of Stage Directors and Choreographers, Roseneath Theatre, Volcano Theatre, and Drayton Entertainment Youth Academy, among others! As a creator, they have collaborated with theatre companies including Musical Stage Company, Tarragon Theatre, The Theatre Centre, Toronto Fringe Festival, Grand Theatre London, Luminato Festival, TO Live, Howland Company, Carousel Players, and The Twilight Company. They also won a TABIA Award for their work on the Instagram Reels series “Junction Journal” with The Junction BIA both in front of and behind the camera showcasing local businesses in the neighbourhood.

In addition to the above, Will also has experience leading rooms in both the education and hosting sectors. As an educator they have worked with Drayton Entertainment Youth Academy over the past five years teaching a wide variety of disciplines including Scripted Acting, Improv, Puppetry, and Audition Technique. As a host, they have led events for Next Generation Showcase, Toronto Fringe Festival, Capitol Theatre Port Hope, and Paprika Festival.
