Zack Stevens

Zack discovered his passion for acting at a young age through camp productions, where he often landed the lead role. At age ten, he starred in Hansel & Gretel, and by seventeen he had written and directed a high school remake of Bonnie & Clyde. The production shocked audiences with its realistic use of fake blood during the final shootout. He also performed in the thriller Sorry, Wrong Number, experiences that cemented his love for acting.

Zack’s acting inspirations include Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, and Robert De Niro. When portraying Leo in Yes You Can, he drew upon the dialects and styles of these legendary performers. The director praised Zack’s performance, calling him a great actor. Zack believes that talent alone is not enough—being prepared, knowing your lines, arriving on time, and respecting fellow actors and crew members are equally important to delivering a strong performance.

One of Zack’s favorite roles was William in the short film The Meeting. He portrayed a recovering alcoholic whose wife had been murdered, ultimately seeking revenge by the film’s conclusion. Although it was a short film, Zack considers it some of his strongest work.

Zack enjoys creating character voices and has showcased this talent through his radio personality, Mister Romantic, which he created nearly a decade ago. As Mister Romantic, he appeared on radio stations across Canada and the United States, participated in numerous radio shows and podcasts, and made various public appearances. He also hosts the Mr. Romantic Podcast every Sunday evening, where he interviews celebrities and other notable guests.

Before pursuing acting professionally, Zack was eager to learn every aspect of film production. He gained valuable on-set experience during the filming of Canadian Bacon, featuring John Candy and Alan Alda and directed by Michael Moore. Watching seasoned actors and filmmakers at work provided Zack with valuable insight into the industry.
