Reese Hatala

Reese Hatala has been a part of the entertainment industry since she was 10 years old.  She began training in dance at 3 years old and competed in a wide range of

styles, including hip hop, contemporary, ballet, musical theatre, jazz, and tap. Growing up in a family of dancers, she was inspired from a young age by watching live performances. Her passion grew quickly, and she loved training every day in an art form that allowed her to express herself. For Reese, dance is a way to communicate, create meaningful art through movement, and inspire others while doing what she loves.

Her professional work includes commercials for world wide brands Old Navy and H&M, television and film credits for Netflix and Disney, Dancing with the Stars: Juniors, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and NBC’s World of Dance.  A career highlight was joining Justin Bieber on his Purpose World Tour, performing “Children” alongside her sister.

In addition to performing, Reese has developed a strong passion for teaching and choreography. She has taught at respected studios such as The Stu, Groovebox INC, and Dance Unlimited in Edmonton, Canada.  Reese continues to train and expand her knowledge in styles such as popping, locking, boogaloo, and ballroom.

Reese recently discovered a love for acting after discovering that her background in dance has led to strong and well developed performance skills.  She has trained with renowned acting coaches Gina Chiarelli, Marnie Cooper, Chrissie Weatherup, and consistently works with acting programs to further her craft.

Her passion for both dance and acting continues to grow each day, and she is dedicated to inspiring others through her artistry.
