Addison McCrady

Addison McCrady is an artist born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. She began dancing at the age of 5, specializing in all styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Pointe, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, and Ballroom. Addison’s love for dance grew as she was deeply inspired by choreographers and dancers around the world. Passionately driven, Addison spent most of her summers attending conventions and intensives, competing at The Dance Awards, training at Alberta Ballet, Project 21, and LA Establishment in Los Angeles. At the age of 14 she moved away from home to continue her training at the Edge School for Athletes in Calgary, Alberta, where she graduated from in 2024.

After graduating high school, Addison was eager to enter the commercial dance scene.  She began her pre professional dance journey in Vancouver, training under the direction of Moe Brody in the Intensive Training Program at Harbour Dance Center. The program allowed her to train with industry professionals including Carlo Atienza, Chanel Lacasse, Louise Hradsky, and others. Within the program, Addison was able to experience many industry avenues such as, dance on film, conceptual videos, acting, singing, and choreography, and assisting Moe Brody in class. She was also able to perform at the Grey Cup Festival 2025 and in many other live performances. Leaning into her passion for jazz funk and heels, Addison was able to further develop her street-style skills, diving deeper into Vancouver’s extensive Hip Hop and choreography scene.  Outside of the program, Addison had the opportunity to dance in a music video with Bryan Adams, as well as a short film with Christian Lagasse, and training-based workshops with Justine Gera and Britt Good.

Addison is currently based in Vancouver and passionately pursuing her dreams as an artist. She values hard work, optimism, and authenticity as a human and a dancer.  She’s an adventurous spirit who loves to try new things and challenge herself. In her  free time, Addison enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and attending country music concerts.
